·       Sands Sky Park Observation Deck ticket is non-refundable even in extreme weather conditions like rain or lightning.

·       Singapore Oceanarium is closed on 13-Jun.

·       Amazon River Quest at River Wonders will be closed for maintenance from 31-Aug to 30-Sep 2026.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Please familiarize yourself with the required travel documents you will be asked to provide prior to boarding the cruise ship. It

is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all necessary travel documents and have them available when

necessary.

PASSPORT: A valid passport is required for travel. For your protection, we recommend that your passport expiration date does

not occur within six (6) months of the sailing termination date.

VISA: Based on the current information available with us, the visa requirement(s) for the various cruise itineraries for Indian

passport holders are as recommended below. However, we must emphasize that current and up-to-date visa information is

best sourced from the Embassy / Consulate of the country proposed to be visited, and, neither, TIRUN Travel Marketing, nor,

the cruise line, can be held responsible for visa procurement, and rules and regulations of various countries to be visited on

your cruise ship itinerary. The guests are responsible for identifying and obtaining all necessary documentation for entry into

the countries on their vacation itinerary.

Guests who do not possess proper documentation may be prevented from boarding the ship or entering a country to be visited

on their cruise and may be subject to fines. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.

All the guests are encouraged to carry a photocopy of passport and a passport size photo.

ASIA ITINERARIES

CHINA: Valid visa required prior departure. All passengers must carry the Photocopy of passport & one Passport size

photograph.

For Royal Caribbean International round trip Shanghai sailings guests receiving single entry China visa can apply for 24-hour

free transit visa on the ship.

For this transit visa, the guests should have confirmed flight out of China (Any destination except Japan) within 24-hour of

disembarkation.

SINGAPORE / TAIWAN: Multiple entry visa required prior departure.

INDONESIA: Valid visa required prior departure.

VIETNAM: The Ship provides Visa On Arrival at a cost of USD 49 per person, documents needed as under:

o 2 physical copies of the passport

o 1 digital copy of the passport

o 2 blank pages in the passport

o 2 Photograph (Please bring it along in case it is needed)

THAILAND: No Visa Required. All guests are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) upto 3 days prior to

JAPAN: A Valid visa required prior to departure for sailings starting from any port in Japan. No visa required for guests ‘In

Transit’ status.

Japanese immigration : There is a possibility that guests may be selected for a secondary interview with Japanese immigration.

This is only confirmed the night before arrival and is not guaranteed to occur.

All guests must carry the following items when going through immigration:

o Copy of your passport, one per person (A4 size).

o Your SeaPass Card.

o Completed Japanese Customs Declaration Form, one per person. The form will be delivered into your Stateroom on Day 2

of your cruise vacation.

SOUTH KOREA: Visa required for Seoul & Busan prior departure. Guests without the visa will be allowed to board the ship but

they will not be allowed go off shore on these ports.

Jeju Island- No visa required, as guests will be ‘In Transit’ status.

MALAYSIA: No visa required for sailings starting and ending in Singapore, as our guests will be ‘In Transit’ status. Valid visa

required prior departure for sailings starting and ending in Malaysia.

SRI LANKA: Visa is required (Electronic Travel Authority (eTA) or non-electronic label visa ) and must be obtained before

departure from India.

ALASKA ITINERARIES

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: Multiple Entry visa required.

CANADA: Multiple Entry visa required.

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND ITINERARIES

AUSTRALIA: Visa required prior to departure.

NEW ZEALAND: Visa required prior to departure if the sailing starts or ends in New Zealand.

If New Zealand is only a port of call, guest will be considered to be in transit and will not require obtaining a separate visa

however they will require to obtain NZeTA prior departure. The guest must pay an International Visitor Conservation and

Tourism Levy (IVL). The IVL costs NZD $100* and is paid at the same time as the NZeTA.

NEW CALEDONIA: ‘In transit’ cruise guests do not require a visa prior departure.

FRENCH POLYNESIA: A valid multiple entry French-Schengen visa is required.

PAPUA NEW GUINEA: Valid visa is required and guests will be able to secure a visa onboard the vessel for a one-time fee of less than

EGYPT: A multiple-entry visa is required if the guests wish to disembark the ship on both days otherwise if the guests stay on

shore overnight and embark again the next day a single entry visa is required.

CYPRUS: Guests with a valid Schengen visa will be allowed to board and go ashore for excursions.

MONTENEGRO: Valid multiple entry Schengen, U.S., or, Montenegro visa needed.

TURKEY: ‘In transit’ cruise guests do not require a visa for Turkey. Guest’s embarking/disembarking/downlining in Turkey will

need to obtain a valid e-visa prior departure.

MOROCCO: A visa must be obtained prior to departure. Without a valid visa, guests may board the ship but will not be

permitted to go ashore.

GREENLAND: Visa required prior to departure, In the absence of visa the guests may board the ship but will not be permitted to

go ashore.

GIBRALTAR, UNITED KINGDOM: No visa required as our guests will be “In Transit” status.

SCANDINAVIA ITINERARIES

UNITED KINGDOM : Multiple Entry Visa required.

KLAKSVIK / FAROE ISLAND: Multiple Entry Schengen visa required.

No visa is required if the ship is only cruising.

ECUDOR: Valid visa is required prior departure.

FALKLAND ISLAND: Visa not required.

COLUMBIA / COSTA RICA / URUGUAY: Visa not required as our guests will be “In Transit” status.

GALAPAGOS

Ecuador: Valid visa is required prior departure.

ANTARCTICA (SILVERSEA)

Chile: Visa is required prior to travel. However, if the guests have a valid USA visa, Chile visa is available on arrival.
